Individual unit owners cannot lodge an objection. The valuation was issued to the Body Corporate, therefore only the Body Corporate may lodge an objection to the valuation.
You may register yourself as the Body Corporate or an Owner Representative only if you are an authorised representative of the Body Corporate.

The Department of Resources is collecting the information you provide via the SVS Online Valuation Objection System to allow the Valuer-General to decide an objection to a statutory land valuation. The Department is required to collect this information under section 113 of the Land Valuation Act 2010. This information will only be accessed by authorised employees within the Department. Some information may be given to other agencies for the purpose of levying local government rates, state land tax and state land rentals (where applicable). Your information will not be disclosed to any other parties unless authorised or required by law. If you have any questions regarding your privacy, please contact privacy@ehp.qld.gov.au.

To register as an authorised agent you must first request an activation key. If you do not have an activation key, please contact the objections help desk.
Please enter the 'Property Id' as it appears on your valuation notice.
Please supply details of ownership type.
Private individual(s) - Any privately owned property that is not owned by a company, organisation or Body Corporate.
'Company / Organisation' - Any privately owned property that is owned by a company or organisation.
'Body Corporate' - Any property that is owned collectively through a community titles scheme under the Body Corporate and Community Management Act 1997.
Please supply a surname of one of the current landowner(s) of the property or the landowner name exactly as it appears in the address section at the top of your valuation notice.

Before you register an account we need to know what type of user you are. Please choose from one of the following options:
Land Owner - The person, company or organisation responsible for any statutory charges for the land (e.g. local government rates, state land tax). This option also applies to family members, friends or non-professional advocates representing the landowner.
Authorised Agent - A professional person (or company) who lodges and manages objections on behalf of landowners, usually for a fee. Authorised agents must register and obtain an activation key from the objections help desk.
Body Corporate - The governing body of a community titles scheme under the Body Corporate and Community Management Act 1997. A Body corporate consists of unit owners or their representatives.
Unit Owner - The owner of an individual unit. Unit owners cannot lodge an objection. Valuations are issued to the Body Corporate, therefore only the Body Corporate may lodge an objection to the valuation. You may register yourself as the Body Corporate only if you are an authorised representative of the Body Corporate.

For electronic lodgement of an objection to a site or unimproved statutory land valuation or an application for a deduction for site improvements in accordance with the Land Valuation Act 2010, the Deputy Director General, Lands has approved the Online Valuation Objection Lodgement System Version 1.2, which is available on the Department of Resources website www.resources.qld.gov.au.
